Booking Charges

We require 20% of the full booking charge with the confirmation of the booking. This 20% payment is not refundable.
We require a refundable damage/breach of terms deposit of £200 if alcohol is going to be consumed during the event, and £50 for children's parties and £100 for events with no alcohol. We ask our hirers kindly to clean and tidy up after themselves and leave the room in at least as good a condition as when they started.
The damage/breach of terms deposit is held against any damage or breach of terms.
When an enquiry is made we will if necessary hold the proposed date pencilled in for the enquirer for a short period prior to confirmation. If the original enquirer cannot be contacted within 24 hours of a second enquiry, we will release the date to the second enquirer.

We offer a very attractive Wedding Reception Package at £1,950.00 - This package gives you the whole premises - Main Hall, Committee Room, Mill Race (small hall), Kitchen and our lovely Garden.
Setup from 4.00 pm. on Friday through to 10.30 am. or as agreed on Sunday for clearing. (Additional charge beyond 10.30. am Sunday)
